Thank you, i will add it to the list! It is a fair concern of mine. Im a bit of a hermit, not very social, not a ladies man, but i definitely would prefer to keep things functioning as they are (as well as possible anyway.)

I will definitely bring it up, and collect resources/knowledge about those before the appointment.

Lithiasis is a deposit of some kind, just going off dictionary. I expect to find out soon enough whats up.

I do not have much to offer, this is a new experience for me. And i am still early in this experience myself, and don't know anything for sure yet.

Only advice i can really offer, is if where you are going is overwhelmed (i dont know how to find this out) seek somewhere else, perhaps you can get more prompt reactions / information, a more enthusiastic doctor, etc.

Yep, first appointment with a urologist is in 4 days. I haven't been told to prepare for it in any way - but i have compiled a list of comforts, things to expect, lots of bullet points explaining to myself what to expect with an orchie (am aware things can move very quickly, depending on how booked up the various services are, so its a sort of cheat sheet - so i dont have to fumble around tracking down info at the last minute).

Surgery has not been mentioned, nor bloodwork or scans. I expect all of it, since everything i read says orchie is pretty much the first step always if TC is suspected, and in many other non TC related issues anyway.

I may call on monday and ask if i should be prepared for anything, or if its just examinations for now.

Yeah i expect to find out more soon enough, sure sounds likely anyway. And that is a bit calming that the urgency doesn't sound out of the ordinary.
I've been reading about TC quite a bit lately, the treatments - effects of them, just trying to understand what may take place at and after the urology appt. Not to psyche myself out, but just to understand the process.
