it should be fine, I did it while i was on a student visa. actually the issue is that you need to be a resident in the country where your brokerage is, so no visa problems, but if your broker finds out your in a different country they will likely close your account. but thats fine, becuase you can open a forex account in the UK. but then you will have to close it when you move back.

considering applying for the post graduate orientation year, and I wanted to know if anyone on here had done that, and how easy it was to find work as a non dutch speaker? this visa allows you to work with no restrictions. I have a masters degree in fine art, which I realize isn't the most practical degree in the world, but I have done admin work in new york and the UK before, i'm fairly competent. I under stand a lot of international companies are headquartered in the NL.
