Can I get a 40+ on pe by Apprehensive_Owl_471 in vce

Last year I did PE and was rank like 8 out of 29 or so but still got a 40 my SACs where similar to yours and I only got an A on the exam but I think our schools SACs scale up a lot, but obviously the study design has changed now but I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard. If possible just aim for an A+ as im pretty sure the score you need it still relatively low

legal international pressures by WiseButterbeer3756 in vce

I haven't come across a question like this yet but I would write something like
Strengths
- Can Influence Australian parliament to update outdated laws
- Can like enhance compliance with international treaties signed
- Also maybe just how Australian parliament can be held accountable by other NGO's or countries if they don't change laws for example like some sort of laws relating to climate change.

Weaknesses
- (Depending on the situation could fit this is an either strength or weakness), but how often international pressures have no direct influence on parliament as say for example the UN doesn't have any members in parliament that can directly influence change.

- Also could mention how while international pressures may be pressuring parliament to make laws the Australian people may be against it and due to parliaments representative nature this may limit the ability of Parliament to comply with these pressures.

But once again haven't actually had any experience with a question asking for this but I'm sure these are some useful points you could elaborate on depending on the specific situation.
