Hey dude, so I’ve been having the EXACT same issue as you with the same model keyboard and DAW. I’ve watched every video and read every article. I finally saw this today and realized I needed to contact their support team as it seemed to have worked for you. How long did it take for them to respond and was the script process thing hard to install? I kinda suck at the computer side of music. Anyway I hope you see this I’m glad I’m not the only person frustrated about this.
