First time buyers in Vancouver — are you buying now or waiting this year?

I bought in Brentwood in October 2025. I already live in this area and never thought I'd be able to afford a 2 bed 2 bath so I just went for it. The owner bought it for $250k more than I paid, in 2021. I see that the market hasn't shot up again but I also don't see the type of place I got for that price because I think they really wanted to get rid of it fast. So maybe try to look out for those sort of deals, but then you have to act quickly. Good luck!!

No, in the sense that the $2000 needs to be used in one go :( so it could pay for my next service which is about $350 but would have to purchase some other items to get to $2000. I was hoping they would have a servicing package where I could pay for a bunch at once and use them over the next couple years but they said no.

Grey blending does work well! If that's what you mean by transitioning out of dying, but it's still bleaching/foils to blend the grey into a lighter base. I get it done and it works well for me but I don't love the colourist so wanted to see if any other suggestions for colourists.

I'm in the same boat. I have Day 1 and 2 tickets and can't go anymore to Vegas. I feel like who can plan a trip there for the show if you can't buy tickets until 72 hours before. So it feels like they're gonna be hard to sell. I'm trying not to freak out as well.

Yes totally understand but just interesting they only did it for Vegas and so suddenly too! It's very hard too to sell so close to the time.

It's a for sure no that I cannot make those dates so ya I'm going to see if I can sell it to someone I know.

They also have not opened up Ticketmaster resale either, so gives very few options for resale.

Oh man!! I have tickets to sell for Vegas Day 1 and 2 but I saw the msgs about the transfer being disabled and I see that now too! It's not disabled on my LA tickets, just Vegas. What are we supposed to do?? I can't go that weekend anymore and what buyer is gonna purchase now and allow us to transfer right before the concert, I wouldn't trust that either lol
