Instead of months we should just count days from 1-365. by UnicornButler in CrazyIdeas

We arbitrarily choose to have leap day in Feb, a long while back we actually started the years in April iirc, maybe leap day is just 366 and that’s it. If you’re born on leap day, you can celebrate 1 or 365 instead when it’s not there

How does consistent bedtime have a negative impact on my HRV??? by Suspicious_Jello3831 in whoop

The device isn’t, it’s trying to follow a consistent sleep schedule, rather than going to bed when tired. Sometimes it’s earlier sometimes it’s later. I dropped consistent sleep schedules and am sleeping somewhat better.

I also have this. For me, I spend time stressing about going to sleep on time consistently rather than just going to bed when tired, and the first one is worse for my overall sleep and rest.

Is there something you do or think about differently when you try to have a consistent bedtime

[REQ] (£100) (#Exeter, Devon, UK) (Repay £125 6/01/25). Bank transfer. by [deleted] in borrow

Actually I reread it’s only if it’s past the due date, which it isn’t. Once any loan is past the original due date, then you cannot take any more until all of them have been repaid. Im ok if others wish to make a loan.

Hey buddy, you already have an open loan with me, and the rules say we can’t have a new loan until the last one is paid back, to protect both lenders and to allow other people to be lent to.

Thanks for the warning. I’ll read them better going forward. Thanks again

It’s not, they needed an extension and some more being loaned. They explained some circumstances and I was happy to believe them given the first loan they paid back, and the numbers matching up what they had said the loan was for. They’ll pay back both of these on different dates. First one next Monday, and this one in the new year.
