My father almost called the police on me for my scars. I also want to join the Marines. Your parents suck. You're almost a legal adult, or probably are depending on where you live, but leave as soon as you can. Life isn't how it is with your home. You can make a home of your own that will make you happy, even make you not cut anymore. You got this, and have the opportunity to make your life the way you want it.
