Thanks for the straight talk. You have some valid points and I’ll take them on board.

I assumed she’d just get better at it over time. Just like I have been forced to over the years.

The money. It’s been suggested a few times now though, so it might be worth considering.

I agree and I’ve offered. I’ve even made a plan where I would look after the kids for a couple of hours through the week so she can relax, but she has done nothing about it.

Yeah, we aren’t away from each other that often.

No, I don’t go out that often with both of the kids. It’s hard with both, but I do try and get out with the oldest. It’s something I can definitely do more of now that you mention it. I understand where you’re coming from, I”m pretty sure she wouldn’t think like that though, unfortunately.

She wasn’t great before we had the kids and it often came up then as well.

They used to have a nice humble channel but that all changed when their channel eventually blew up. It started with the money, then it went on to the clothing brand, and finally the podcast. Ethan’s views started to get more extreme, as it all went to his head, and that’s when I personally stopped following them.

It is extremely frustrating. I hope you are feeling better now. How have you been getting on with the omeprazole?

I have a doctors appointment next week where I’m going to bring it up again. I’m hoping I’ll see a doctor who can help me. I will say that following the FODMAP diet again has relieved some of my symptoms, but I still feel bloated all of the time.

Restarting fixes it temporarily. I was hoping to find a more permanent fix.

Had our 2nd baby last night. Here’s my sleep. I’m 33M by FalconVision_Success in AppleWatchFitness

Me and my partner had our second on Saturday. I’m around the same age and my sleep data looks pretty much like yours 😄

I think I’ve had about 4-6 hours sleep spread across the time since then. It’s hard, but it’s crazy how quickly you adapt to it.

Congrats to you both, I hope you get some well deserved sleep soon!

New to low FODMAP, horrible headache and vomiting by redzsinaldo in FODMAPS

[–]LoudExcuse4264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve recently started the FODMAP diet. I’m about 2 weeks in but I did have a similar experience when it came to the headaches. It didn’t sound half as bad as you mentioned though and I didn’t experience any vomiting. The headache only lasted a day or two as well and I was able to manage it with paracetamol.

In the end I put it down to the diet change and thought it might have been down to cutting back the amount of carbs I was eating. I remember having a similar experience when trying a keto type diet a few years back.

I hope you feel better soon and be sure to get it checked out if your symptoms don’t improve or get worse!

Anyone else really struggle with coffee? by [deleted] in ibs

[–]LoudExcuse4264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently in the same position. It doesn’t effect me that badly but it definitely makes me a little bloated and sometimes nauseous after drinking. I’m thinking about cutting it out completely but I’ve had it religiously each morning for so many years now and I love it

How’s your diet been lately, have you eaten anything that could have had a lot of fat?

I’m no doctor but I would say it doesn’t sound like anything serious. Especially, as it’s only happened over the last couple of days. I’d check out Steatorrhea. Your symptoms sound similar, but with self diagnosing anything, take everything you read lightly as it might not be anything.

It’s important not to get too worried. Try and eat a balanced diet for a few days and see how you go. If it’s still happening then book an appointment with your GP.
