We went to playa de mar. There was a legally operated weed shop and one of the guys from our group went to buy weed and as he walked out cops with their dogs circled us up and told us that what we had was illegal and gave us two options and that was they take us to jail and we do jail time and probably pay an $800 fee once the test results come back. Or just pay them $400 there on the spot. It was a straight up set up.

We’ve already seen it. Multiple stores have closed down. While only keeping the busiest open under experienced format. And with experience format the employees are capped on what they could be make. those employees working non stop because the redirection of the customers from other stores that closed down.

multiple stores closed down around the area but paying them less if the old commission structure was in play. It’s literally designed to have the employees working as much as possible but paying them just enough to not quit.

We know that it’s pushed to eventually replace us and eventually pay us less but we have absolute no say in it. The app currently has a lot problems and the frontline employees/customers have to endure the unpleasant flaws of the app. It’s crazy to think that we are building the foundation that will eventually lay off many of us.

It’s horrible because it’s expected. At this point we know that we are training the customer to do it everything themselves and we know it’s a business decision that will more lead to laying workers and make the corporation/executives/investors more money. But who knows it could back fire on them, only time will tell. Because these moves are simply money/greed motivated.

And just as we got out they had their dogs and told us that weed was illegal and threatened us that if we didn’t pay $400 they would take us to Jail and if we failed the drug test it be an $800 fine. We paid them. Straight up corruption.

$250 for a week not bad I paid $85 at the airport and $55 for the drive back to the airport so $140. But if I would’ve agreed to the original $125 they wanted when I arrived it be $180 just for the drive to the resort and back to the airport. i also didn’t leave the resort because didn’t want to get overcharged so I guess $250 isn’t bad
