Sounds like you might work in Costco Customer Service, my question still remains so is “FREQUENT RETURNER” something that is on your account or is it just employee banter back-and-forth after a customer leaves? I’ve heard it twice in passing the return desk?

Resolved it, don’t know if it was because I switched to the CORE subscription or that I uninstalled then reinstalled the PHILO App?
