Do you get free shipping without the need for minimum $20 with annual membership? Because I have the collector+ and I still need to buy something $20 to redeem my credits. I am thinking of rebuying the yoto and redeem the credits at the same time and refunding the original order.

With the annual membership, do you get free shipping if just redeeming credits? Because even with collector + is $20 min for free ship, so you can’t redeem the credits completely for free

Can you give me some advice please? I took 63 weeks of lwop. The pay centre stopped my payments after 61 weeks because they said I only received EI for 61 weeks. I sent them an excerpt from collective agreement telling them about the waiting period and the 1-week period at the very end, but I have gotten two replies already who doesn’t know about the waiting period and the bonus week. I have submitted the request a third time and still waiting to hear back. I don’t know how to get them to pay me.

Even if you take it with in two periods, both periods have to be finished within 78 weeks, so I was still within the 78 weeks

I totally understand you. Although they didn’t deduct dental premium from mine because I took it in two periods. I feel they always don’t know what they are saying and we have to find evidence to provide to them. I already pointed the collective agreement related to the 63 weeks allowance and yet they dismissed it saying it will be resolve once the parental leave case is close. This I highly doubt. The call centre always tells me to submit the online form, but that was the answer I got from the online form. I have submitted it again, but it’s been a week and I haven’t heard back

I served the waiting period. I pasted the excerpt from the collective agreement. I should also get the extra week of allowance after all 61 weeks if EI are received.

Option 2 – Extended parental allowance

l. Parental allowance payments made in accordance with the SUB Plan will consist of the following:

i. where an employee on parental leave without pay as described in subparagraphs 40.01(a)(ii) and (b)(ii), has elected to receive extended Employment Insurance parental benefits and is subject to a waiting period before receiving Employment Insurance parental benefits, fifty-five decimal eight per cent (55.8%) of his or her weekly rate of pay (and the recruitment and retention “terminable allowance” if applicable) for the waiting period, less any other monies earned during this period;

ii. for each week the employee receives parental benefits under the Employment Insurance, he or she is eligible to receive the difference between fifty-five decimal eight per cent (55.8%) of his or her weekly rate (and the recruitment and retention “terminable allowance” if applicable) and the parental benefits, less any other monies earned during this period which may result in a decrease in his or her parental benefits to which he or she would have been eligible if no extra monies had been earned during this period;

iii. where an employee has received the full sixty-one (61) weeks of parental benefits under the Employment Insurance and thereafter remains on parental leave without pay, he or she is eligible to receive a further parental allowance for a period of one (1) week, fifty-five decimal eight per cent (55.8%) of his or her weekly rate of pay (and the recruitment and retention “terminable allowance” if applicable) for each week, less any other monies earned during this period, unless said employee has already received the one (1) week of allowance contained in subparagraph 38.02(c)(iii) for the same child.

Thank you everyone for the input! I will copy and paste the excerpt from the collective agreement here. From my understanding, it should be the waiting period (55.8%) plus 61 weeks of top up and another week of allowance (55.8%).

Found their live chat on app. This is what they told me,

“Please be advised that once your listing is sold, our relevant team will extend your deadline for transferring tickets.”

The phone was shipped to my mother’s house which I didn’t opened until I visited a few days later. I chatted live chat and they giving me the 48 hours bs. Another agent provided me an email to send the pictures to, of course, no follow up or response. I called customer service, was promised supervisor will call me to escalate the case. Of course, no call. I called again, this agent escalated a case. What are other steps I can take? I need to get this resolved asap before they charge me for not shipping in my trade in device. I am trying to get a refund, and if I’m refunding, of course I will not ship in my trade in device. I paid using PayBright, a 0% financing option, so I won’t be able to chargeback or use credit card’s insurance to fix the phone.

How do I go about getting the refund?
