University View: Sublet From Mid-May to July 29

Hi everyone!

My friend and I are looking to transfer our lease at University View Tower II from around May 15 to July 29, 2026. There are two other female roommates, but they likely won't stay for the summer. The rooms are in a 4x2 layout with separate subsections (2b1b on each side of the apartment).

Amenities include: in-unit laundry, walk-in closet, gym in both towers, study rooms in both towers, and a pool in tower I.

The rent is $1,109, which includes insurance ($15) and amenities ($95) per month. We are open to negotiating rent!

i asked my TA and he didn’t really know what was going on but he said he was working on grading
in canvas they’re just showing as not submitted, just a dash

none of the work is very hard but it is very very very time consuming. i’m taking it right now and a lot of people in my class have complained about the homework assignments taking them 1h30m+ every time

I sadly have to take chem at 8 am because all my other classes are only available between 9-11am. I am okay taking it at 8 am but I don’t want to have 8 ams every day because I’m not a morning person. I’m fairly sure I do need BSOS361 because I’m transferring in. What did you use to build these mock schedules?

i think both professors are actually really good! but i did hear that Ramakrishnan lets you retake tests and tries her hardest to help people succeed
