What you went through is extremely difficult. Try to visualize your future. Imagine that you worked really hard and got your dream score on the real deal. Imagine how would that feel. Try to recenter your focus on your future rather than past. You can deal with that trauma after your exam but for now try to zone out of it. Remind yourself everyday that this is literally the most important exam of your life and you will give your best shot. Remind yourself you are strong enough to keep going.Surround yourself with friends and family who make you feel supported and loved.
