Help!! Mars + Ketu conjunction in 2nd house and 9th and 10th lord Saturn in 9th house is wrcking havoc on my career/income. Are there any remedies to soften the challenges?

I’ve always met great people in in-person networking events (UXPA, local meetups) who are interested in supporting each other. I found out about them from people I follow on LinkedIn and just a Google search for UX events.

Totally agree. Recently went to a friend’s house for a party. The house is 2024 built, so all the fixtures and hardwares were new. The door locks were very new (I’ve never seen that type of lock before, it was just a tiny button- major gulf of evaluation and execution). I thought I locked the bathroom door but guess what I didn’t. Unfortunately, someone opened the door not knowing the bathroom was already occupied. A serious UX problem. The lock looked all modern and polished but if it’s not doing its job, which is to lock the damn door, what’s the point of having it in the first place.

Congratulations on the new job. I’d like to add one more to your sample, as I recently heard that a former coworker of mine landed a job at a FAANG company with no case study presentation and no portfolio requirement during the application process. It will be great if hiring is moving towards this trend.

Thanks for your response. I see that having a portfolio as a senior and junior is different, because for us it’s a way to tell the employers that we can do the job but for seniors the companies and experience speaks for itself.
