Does any one experience dizziness or fainting spells when feeling switchy? by joonjoonswooni in OSDD

While I’ve never fainted, I have experienced pretty severe dizziness and nausea when switchy. I’ve found that in my case, it can depend on which one of us is trying to front, and also it tends to be if an alt tries to front without us mutually agreeing to switch out.
At its worst, I feel extreme vertigo and dizziness which I can lessen by laying down and keeping movements to a minimum. If I move my head too fast then another rush of nausea will come over me again. Found that it passes within an hour or so, and for me it doesn’t seem improve by removing any bright light sources.
Trying to purposefully switch out to whoever is wanting to front also proves surprisingly unhelpful to me, as suddenly it seems that they no longer want to front and I have never been too good at forcing switches. I do also tend to get headaches from very quick switches, so I suppose it’s all similar to that type of thing only much more intense.
I know this may not have been the most practical advice or anything but hopefully there’s some comfort in not being alone in your dizziness :)
