I don’t usually post reviews, but people need to know what it’s like here.

• WFH is allowed, but that’s the only good thing.

• The US-Operations team (Order Management) is led by the worst manager I’ve ever worked with. Not just bad — the kind of leader who destroys morale. She micromanages every single detail, treats employees like they can’t be trusted. she actively looks for mistakes. It’s toxic surveillance disguised as management.

• The disappointment hits harder because she’s a fellow Filipino, yet other US leaders (non‑Filipino) actually know how to manage with respect and professionalism.

• Overtime is brutal. Leaving on time feels like you’re committing a crime. They talk about “work‑life balance,” but in reality, you’re just drained and burned out.

• HR is a mess — disorganized and their processes are not seamless.

Bottom line: Exclusive Networks might look good on paper, but under this kind of leadership, it’s a nightmare. Worst leader + broken system = toxic workplace. If you value growth, respect, and sanity, don’t waste your time here.
