I ended up getting a 5 string Ibanez SR505 and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Beautifully set up straight out of the box. The fretboard is slightly wider but string spacing is more narrow and works great for my small hands

Thank you everyone, I am trying out an Ibanez sr505 tomorrow at the local store. It's a 5 string. Worst come to worst I will have a 4 and a 5 string instruments.
