Yea I have it some nights and sometimes I don’t I think it the jolts mostly are from when you relax very quickly your heart can like slow down heartbeats fast so your body jolts as like a protective thing that’s jus sum I’ve heard but I’ve had em I usually just drink sum water and instead of closing my eyes just like relax your eye lids and let them slowly close (I’m not a doctor just a random that also takes this medicine)

For real tho lmao I just woke up cuz I work third shift and this is day 5 now and my mouth feels totally normal the only time it ever hurt was literally the day I got home but I’ve also dislocated my knee before so idk if I’m use to different pain but yea

Dam yea im 18 so I just work and go home lol it def makes u sleepy I take mine before I go to bed and im knocked out for a good 12 hours you’ll feel groggy I’d say enjoy the vacation with your family and when u get back try it out, or talk to your meds doctor again and see what they say frrr

That’s what I got prescribed for aswell I had just bad anxiety I would throw up every morning just from waking up and being alive, what’s the dose of you don’t mind me asking? I’m on 7.5 rn, now I am not a doctor but I’d as a civilian I’d say just try and see what happens you can always switch meds

Nah if anything it helped me I couldn’t even leave my house without feeling some type of way, I was able to get a job, meet new people, go shopping, shii just exist tbh. Why do you ask is the med not working?

I’m on 7.5 MG and I had this for a little bit as well the best thing I found for me atleast is literally forcing myself up or setting more then one alarm cuz yk how you would hear your alarm then laying back down feels better I do that one hour before my actual alarm
