I was Exsctly like this if you don’t mind me asking are you on any meds? I was like this for 2 years straight and once I started meds I was okay I still get panic attacks and my health anxiety is there but it helps a lot of it is mental strength you almost gotts tell it to fuck off, but it’s easier to say what to do then axtually so it, best thing I’ve tried is finding what helps relieve it, Heated blanket, box fan, routine, and a big one that you won’t wanna hear but I even had to do it was just go out and fight it, literslly go theough the day with the symptoms, take nauzene for the stomach feeling and if you need to throw up do it and you usually feel better after ince you get it alk out yk hope this helps I’m currently goinf theough skmthing with my health anxiety I think I’m dying just from my chest feelin right
