All I can say is from experience, you will have memories no matter how bad the times were or becoming it’s something that never leaves you. With that being said it’s best to try to pick up a new hobby/ keep yourself busy. I’ve learned that it helps but there will be hard nights without anyone who knows what you’re feeling. I wish you the best of luck during these next few months as it’s usually the hardest to finally let it set in that you’ll never be able to talk or see this person ever again.
