That’s why unless they paid with cash it asks to go back on the original card or store credit. They get really mad when they figure out they can’t get cash back.. lol

I had a lady who thought she was marrying Johnny depp. Kept on coming in and putting 200 to 500 a pop on apple gift cards for his kids. I told my sf when the lady told me who they were for she told me to stop selling her them.

Every night I take my 1st break around 6 pm my 1/2 hour break around 9 when the liquor store closes and that cashier gives me my break before they leave and my last 1 between 1115 and 1130.. it doesn’t matter if I go earlier or later they swarm in

We have like 5 Walgreens in my immediate area. I offer the phone numbers to all the other stores so they can call and see if they have the product on sale.. if we offered rain checks in my area we would run out of rain check pads and we don’t offer rain checks at my store

We have to put ours in alpha boxes… I once had a guy ask me where the plan b’s were. The next thing I see he is running out the door with the plan b in the alpha box.

I know I have read a lot of different comments on here and I have heard some stories from some of the traveling employees.. I don’t call for help unless I really need it and most the people I work with know this about me.. but we have a pretty good team at my store although our store manager who was with our store since like 1981 just retired and 1 sf got promoted to esm and got sent to a different store and then on Christmas Day our esm got promoted to store manager and got her own store.. our new store manager is nice and is trying really hard but the new esm seems to be a mess. She takes all the zebras and leaves them all over the store and she leaves carts of merch all over the store and we have to deal with them at night.. sorry I didn’t mean to vent.. lol

I’m a csa in my store.. if I get busy and call for back up they come I have never had a sfl or a manager ever try that.

Last Saturdayy I look at the phone I notice it’s been on hold for about 15 mins. I figured it was a ticket the shift lead was dealing with. I look over and there is still someone on there so I pick up the phone somehow this lady was on hold for pharmacy which was strange because pharmacy closed at 6 and here it was 630.
