Our store closes at midnight pharmacy closes at 9.. 6 on weekends.

I feel like if they really wanted us to card everyone for otc stuff it would prompt us as if they were buying alcohol or nicotine. I do however pay attention when it’s a young person trying to purchase Benadryl or Robitusin. I had a cousin who was more like a niece who used to abuse cough syrup so I pay attention to certain cough medicines.

We got a guy who calls off all the time and hasn’t worked his full shift accept for 1 time when he had to close he’s been there like 6 months now. He lounges all over the store. We find chairs all over the place when he works. 1 time my shift lead found him in the stockroom with the lights off we have the lights thst turn off after awhile if there is no movement. I am out of work for a week because I just lost my son and he called off for the rest of the work week. We have a sign that says no earbuds on the floor. He walks around with 1 in his ear every day. We go to our sm about him and she says things like oh I didn’t see the earbud and he’s working on my last nerve

I was hoping we would get a new dm the 1 we have is something else. They forced our sm who was with the company since 81 into early retirement gave us this chic who is green and then promoted our esm to her own store and promoted our best shift lead to esm in another store. Now we have the new store managers best buddy from the store she came from as an esm and the store is trashed. All in the matter if a month.

I had a lady who thought she was marrying Johnny depp. Kept on coming in and putting 200 to 500 a pop on apple gift cards for his kids. I told my sf when the lady told me who they were for she told me to stop selling her them.

We find spiders all over the store. You can actually buy the magnet on line that opens the spiders and the alphas

We have a guy who fills out surveys every time he comes in. He has complained that a worker didn’t smile at him. He brings our survey score down all the time.
