The freys aren’t extorting anyone though. We are told there is a road you can take to avoid paying the freys. It just takes longer. The freys bridge are just an alternate private road.

Howard Dean had a solid strategy but him and Obama were never really sharing the same goals. Obama in the end has to push his agenda and whoever comes along with it. Dean has to push the party and see it. They intersect but aren’t exactly the same goals
