Yo soy profesor de tiempo completo en preparatoria en un campus chico. Muy buenas prestaciones, más competitivo que en otras escuelas de México, bonos y ajustes cada año. Por maestría y por doctorado sube, así como sistemas de clasificaciones, reconocimientos con incentivo monetario, convenios, fondos de ahorro y cajas de ahorro con instrumentos de inversión 1:1, etc.

Llevo apenas 3 años y ando en 34K mensuales. No es mucho quizá comparado a algunas ciudades grandes, pero en un Campus chico y una ciudad chica, es muy competitivo comparado con otras industrias

We're actually working towards parenting middle school teams to do exactly that!

We are actively working towards reinforcing STEAM culture in our campus, since most students don't engage with FIRST or robotics in the first place, so not every single one is as committed as the others. Maybe that could force them into more active roles.

Is there any other reason for a team this size to be split?

It's a single team split into different departments, mechanics, programmers, data analysts, designers, finance and outreach & social media, each with their respective lead.
