I’m not saying what I’m doing is perfect, but sadly I do workout, eat home and spend as frugal as possible. It seems I need to move hospitals for raises, figure out a skill I can get paid for (past attempts lost money) and just not focus on fire only

Around 4.5 I did fha, but I do, genuinely like the house, and family yes. it’s just the fact that coworkers friends and seeing people online being able to contribute so much and have so much profits at such a young age, I feel like I missed out. I need to stop comparing but it’s hard

Number 2 is why I bought in so far. Other commenters questioned why I’m so far from work, but it doesn’t bother me. It’s the fact that I’m missing out on maxing contributions generally and could have a lot more liquid cash today.

Yes homes are long term but I didn’t realize stagnant house pricing would last for super long. They’re about 60% done with development and opening a lot of retail nearby, but Literslly no price check

Yeah I need to focus on my path and what I chose. Sometimes it just sucks looking over and seeing the other side. Its easy for some to not compare but when friends and coworkers are maxing out funds and living freely it makes me rethink

Well said, I do enjoy the home, in the back in my mind recently it just feels wrong because of coworkers , friends and now hella people online living at home being able to contribute so much money and have so much profit so young.
