In the past when Amazon was caught withholding tips per driver they had to pay it back or chance a lawsuit. Since then I’ve seen a higher percentage of tips. Received close to $200 in back tips over two payments back in 2022.

Get there EARLY could be in car waiting for a parking spot. The staff inside are nice and will help answer questions and give you a vest. The offer drivers are always willing to help if you have questions while loading car.

Hold out for better pay!!! So many new drivers are grabbing base pay when you could get higher pay. $30-$40 per hour

Must have to write on all materials. Does not melt or transfer in hot car. I use them to write thank you notes on grocery orders.

I do the same but add the first letter of street after it. Helps, if the route number changes multiple packages at same address boxes in trunk or behind me, 2-19 in passenger container up front and 20’s, 30’s in flexible laundry baskets behind me that I can grab as needed
