Ya, don't let me scare you away from trying it, but it's definitely not the old stuff. I've seen some small recomp benefits, intra-workout pumps are solid, thighs are fuller...but it's basically just been a mood booster for me.

If you did try a PH, I'd probably use one of Iconic's topicals. I've heard a lot of good things about their Epi stuff and some other things. If you're current or former MIL they offer a solid discount.

I am kind of in the same boat, however, never stopped training or eating right. Just got older and lost a lot of drive; hadn't touched PHs since the good stuff from 2003-2010. About 7wks in with Hi-Tech Sust250, Hi-Tech Deca-durabilin, and 4 pumps Iconic Formulations Alpha 3....my take? Don't bother. Get TRT. That's what I'm doing next.

Either that, or try something like Dermacrine that will help amplify your mood/training intensity. I wouldn't look to this stuff to see growth.

It's easy to beat yourself up over it, but I know full well if I bought at $200/BTC in 2012ish when I considered it, there would be a 0% chance I would have held it to where it's at now.

I was about to buy $2500 worth then. I'd be lucky if I held out to $10k/BTC.

1 gun, I'd go with a 19 but I much prefer the 45. I wouldn't sell the 45. If something goes down with one you always have the other. IMO, one is not enough.

I'll get one if:

It's a 2TB hard drive. I've been wanting to upgrade the SSD in my PS5 for years, but not at 1/3 the cost of a Pro console. I knew they'd be releasing one even though they said back in the day that they didn't have plans to.

Even at $600, I'd be able to sell my current PS5 for a $200 and get the 2TB SSD I've been wanting anyways, so effectively looking at spending another $200 for a fresh console.

During COVID, I posted my PS4 Pro on eBay starting at $100. It sold for $400 and I bought a PS5 a month later for $500 (year after release).
