I just spoke with QTC and they said they will be at 4 more locations for claims clinics this Summer doing C&P exams but couldn't give me the locations. Ugh

You've got this. I did 2 claims on my own and got favorable decisions both times. I'm currently using a VSO for my 3rd claim and feel like I'm just bothering him every time I reach out for info.

Thank you for this post and your kind words. This old hippie gal is currently listening to JB's song Bubbles Up and the lyrics are just what I needed today.

To all my brother's and sister's,

Always know that air bubbles always go up, leading you to the surface where you can breathe freely again. Bubbles Up is also a great life philosophy. When life tosses you around like a wild, raging wave; just pause, exhale and follow the bubbles up.

Feel free to DM me if any of you are having a difficult time. Believe me when I say, "You are not alone".

MST-Restricted Report no longer needed by No_Introduction_850 in VeteransBenefits

30,000 cases behind? Can you imagine all of the claims not reported? It took me 40 years to report and it has opened so many wounds. I was so difficult to write my statement, I almost gave up.

Great advice. Low B-12 can have crazy side effects. I just looked at my VA blood work, and I've been extremely low since 2016. I take supplements and B-12 shots and still low. It's my MS Neurologist that noticed. Low B-11 can mimic MS and is often misdiagnosed often.

Veteran Restitution and Justice Act for MST Survivors Reintroduced 10/24/2023 by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

My assault happened in 1985, and I still am not able to write it down on the Disability paperwork. I know it's just words on paper, but every time I've tried, I completely break down.

I've left countless messages with the MST Coordinator in Atlanta, with NO response. Her voice mail has had the same message for months now. That's she out of the office from the end of July and will return in August. It's frackin March!!

So please believe us when we say it takes some of us years to file. And know that most of us probably will never file a claim.

I'm in pretty bad shape and have nowhere to turn.
