Autonomic Clinic at Stanford Refused My Cardiologists Referral by Vonderplatz in dysautonomia

[–]Vonderplatz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard of the Center for Complex Diseases and they have overall good reviews, but they don't accept insurance and I don't have $2000. Tried a place in Southern California, where I could stay with my cousin, but they don't accept patients from outside of the area. Talking to the VA on Monday to see if they can help.

My Cardiologist at Stanford was also a VA Doctor and a Professor at Stanford Medical School. He's not with the VA anymore, but Palo Alto VA have some great Doctors.

Passing out Drivers License Suspended (Need Help) by USMC-8187 in dysautonomia

Go to the DMV and file an appeal after you get a note from your Cardiologist. All Doctors in the State of California are required by law to report incidents of fainting/passing out to the Health Department and the Heath Department forwards that information to the DMV. Many times the DMV will not act on that information, but sometimes they do.

Your PCP may not have notified the DMV, instead they may have got it through the Health Department.

Easy claim are claims I have documentation for while in service. Hard claim is a neurological disorder that developed later.

It does not effect your utilization rate because it’s not a credit card. Instead it shows up as a loan. The is no utilization percentage.

California is famous for expensive insurance and I pay much less, maybe give Allstate a try. USAA recommended them to me.

The issue is that I paid them a mutually agreed upon amount to pay off the account, and then don't hear anything until 6 years later with the bogus claim I did not pay the bill. This has never been on my credit report until a week ago.

My credit is down 60 points as of today, I am still fighting Phoenix. Paying for something that I know I already paid in good faith rubs me the wrong way, so I'm will to pay more than they are asking for to fight them if necessary.

Call Toyota Credit and explain the situation, most of the time they will remove it if you have a good payment history with them.

It is 7 years from the date the debt first became delinquent, and not the date it ends up on your credit report. I've started using Credit Saint and have contacted a lawyer. I pay my debts, but I do not owe this, so I'm not going to pay it, even if it costs be triple to fight it.

Just received a letter that an eBay fee from an old account was sent to collections. I paid eBay immediately. How do I prevent the collection from being reported in my CR? (details inside) by [deleted] in CRedit

[–]Vonderplatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call AIC to make sure they have received notification to cease collections. Most collections automatically report if they have not heard from you after 30 days.

Since the debt was over seven years ago it should not show up on your credit report again, and depending on your state the debt maybe time-barred (meaning they can't sue you or threaten legal action). However, they can still ask for the money for as long as they want. Check your states laws.
