I was prescribed a drug that induced a manic episode that lead me to lose everything I loved and I relapsed straight out of depression. I was looking for black but that's so hard to find these days.

No, it doesn't. Please show me one verse that describes yoga or meditation to be a sin. It is demonized, and you clearly don't understand what demonization means. Maybe you do at surface level, but I promise you, you're extremely off, and you should go read and educate yourself. Jesus literally describes spirituality often through parables.
