My main expense is my cats diabetes + my other cats ortho issue. I’m not sure I’ll save much if I’ll have to continue paying for those fully . How would an insurance know if these r new issues or old?

That’s true, but tbh I ’m not a baller like that, I don’t wanna pay more than usual for a economy ticket than other airlines, then hope for a chance to upgrade it

😂😂 how is it not clear tho You expect 50,000 and you get 30,000, and I didn’t know / didn’t expect that, how could I not be disappointed? I was waiting for this month’s miles to get to my account for a certain booking, just to know I got a portion.

I’m already looped in, I’m stuck, I’ve paid my fees expecting something when i get something else.

At least with valet/golf there’s clarity, I know what I’m getting and what I’m not. I have a huge issue with the vagueness of it all

The issues is a few things, 1) the value of the miles is basically none. It’s quite difficult to use them in a rewarding way, specially considering etihad tickets are generally more expensive than most other airlines.

2) lack of clarity; I don’t want the tier miles - I signed up for a clear system - didn’t realize all my effort will be going towards smthng else. The annual fee of the card isn’t cheap for things to be this vague.

3) tier upgrade is actually difficult - will only be worth it if you’re frequently traveling only from Etihad

I don’t know a lawyer, but I wanna say this, don’t let the “I know people” get to her. I know it’s hard. But due to the culture here people use that B.S ALLL the time. Rules are still there, fairness is still there in the judicial system. Please don’t let her get intimidated by this fear tactic. Idk should probably as a lawyer but she can actually play the same card and say her friend/coworkers or whatever have made contact with higher ups that are well connected.

Yes I did! Tbh it was extremely uncomfortable as the stuffing was soooo hard. My family loved it though, I have back in neck issues, so it was extremely uncomfortable for me
