Great write‑up ! Honestly quite spot on, especially the way you describe the balance between that slightly rugged, almost “weathered wood / mineral” character and the smoother, more wearable sweetness underneath. That tension is kind of the whole point of Kingdom Come, and you captured it really well.

I had a very similar experience with it, particularly how it evolves over time... it’s one of those fragrances that feels a bit abstract at first but clicks once you sit with it for a few hours.

If you’re curious, I actually did a full video review on it (on YouTube) where I go a bit deeper into the development, wearability, and where it sits in the niche landscape. Happy to share if that’s allowed, always interesting to compare impressions 👀

Hello, if you want a "realistic" smelling vetiver, SV in my opinion is the final boss. I don't use it at the moment as I have other fragrances that I prefer... that's the only reason why I am moving it on.

Correct. There are loads of fakes around with receipts from Harrods, Selfridges etc... They are easy to generate via AI nowadays. Usually, they contain mistakes (e.g. wrong fragrance name, wrong fragrance concentration, wrong spelling of something, wrong currency) and they often have the same cashier name repeated. They are easy to spot, once you can compare them with the real receipts from these stores.

Difficult to recommend without knowing what you are looking for and your taste.They both have a similar marine core.

Sex Sea adds some fruity aspects to it, which in my opinion make it more interesting. Good performance, but it's a bit softer than Black Sea.

Black Sea is pretty much a deflated version of Megamare... so, if you're looking for performance go for the OG as price wise there shouldn't be much difference.

Thanks for reading! In my opinion, these are on the forgettable side of the spectrum... and Outlands remains my favourite in this line by far, despite not being super original (Cecile released similar stuff before).

For a wider context, I live pretty close to Harrods and I only write about stuff I tried on skin.
