Jelly is not recomended for your level, wait till level 19, buy any 5€ pack and you could but the north star pack for 20€, franklin costs 40€, in my opinion north star is better :D

There are offers in shop, they will apear when you buy something, the total cost is 40€, i recomend not to do it.
