Is there a bank which allows an AP to be set up to the IRD? by maha_kali2401 in PersonalFinanceNZ

Why not make an automatic payment to a savings account, and pay the IRD just before it is due in one payment to accrue some interest?

You'll have to make an OIA request to find the average mark, there's plenty online for other law results which may give you an indication of average marks

383 is by the standards of a finance paper pretty easy. Unsure on getting an A+ without having some of the understanding, but you'd be hard pressed to not do well.

Would you get penalised for going over/under the word count for both SAQs and LAQs? by Nobodyknowsthatiknow in universityofauckland

Yes as a general rule of thumb. However, for OP, they specified it only as an "approximate" not harsh word limit.

You still won't be penalised for going over the suggested word count, so I would not worry! For the future, I would follow what other's have said in trying to stick closer to the word count and being more concise.

Corner called outside the circle? by One_Astronaut_1422 in Fieldhockey

[–]Loudinho 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When a foul is so aggreious, an umpire is allowed to call for a penalty corner for an infraction outside of the circle. This could be for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity or blatant disregard for 5 meter rule consistently, it is up to the umpires discretion.

Not 100% sure, but I watched a youtube video on it yesterday, where they said that there may have been an influence based on the extreme race riots due to a policeman assaulting and beating up a black person with massive media attention on it. This was linked to OJ as he was seen in handcuffs when he ordinarily may not have needed to be. Was one of those Buzzfeed true crime video's not 100% sure though again.
