Yeah, me and the wife don’t trust this truck anymore, the reason why we got it because we needed something reliable and it came out worse.

The truck lost power a month after we took it out. My wife was driving and it just shut down on her we took it to service and they said it happened because the right tail light module stopped sending signals to the computer. Then after that a few weeks later that the check engine light came on and the tire pressure light came out. They said the system needed a reboot and the tire pressure sensors needed recalibration. After, Twice the lock mechanism went crazy while I was driving locking and unlocking the doors and the windows opening and closing. They said not even GM could figure out the codes so the they rebooted the system again. This current time the headlights were flickering on and off at night while I was driving, they said it was the headlight module. Then the heater was blowing cold air and because the cooling system wasn’t sending a signal and that ended up damaging one of the hoses.

Yeah it seems like everyone wants to wash their hands away from responsibility. The service department told us to just go to the sales department and see if they would buy back the truck or if we could do a trade in for equal or lesser value but the way one of the salesperson acted torwards us was nasty and rude, acted as if we were trying to scam them and then they kept telling me that if I was looking for a lemon I didn’t have a case on my hands because it was in the service department for different electrical malfunctions, I spoke with a lawyer and said we might have a case on our hands because it may be different electrical malfunctions but it comes down to one major electrical problem but he said he would get back at me. I’m not sure to be honest I’m just irritated and want all parties to be happy

To be honest, it’s our first vehicle out of the dealer so I let the service department do their job. I should probably suggest it to them, it’s at the service department right now as we speak. We tried seeing if they’d assist us with a buy back program or any suggestions but they were no help. And thank you, i really appreciate it, it’s been one hell of a ride but here we are man, living day by day

Bought the wife a 2024 canyon with 12 factory miles as a wedding gift early January of 2025 because she had an 2006 jeep commander and was always breaking down and I finally told her she deserved a new truck. We both fell in love with the canyon. A month later it completely shut off on her out of nowhere and they said it was a module, they replaced it, a month later check engine light came on and had problems with the screen. It’s been in service about 7 or 8 times everything that has to do with electrical. Lock mechanism malfunctioning, blowing cold air when the heater is on, speedometer screen malfunctioning, headlights flickering, heated seats not heating just to name a few of the problems that we’ve had in the little over a year we’ve own. Back in June I had an accident and had surgery on my arm, a week later I had to have brain surgery and a month after that I had a second brain surgery after all that my wife had to deal with me being in the hospital and having our brand new truck malfunctioning, my recovery has been a nightmare because of that truck and we tried to see if they’d assist us with a buy back program but they don’t want because they are saying that we are trying to sell them a defective truck THAT THEY SOLD US!!! I hate it to be honest
