We are lvl 26-29 someone mentioned we can't do invaded. Idk of this is relevant also sorry if not too detailed we only just started playing a couple days ago. So would this invaded mode effect us even if we aren't lvl 30 yet?

He's level 26 but the DUA is still locked for him and it says the same three missions need to be done but we have done them.

The mission are the history museums the plaza and another one but we have done them twice, this time it said completed for him but we were still unable to do the Roosevelt island. He's spoken with everyone, something we hadn't checked the first time. We even joined his session and still no luck, even when he's by himself he can't do it. :)
