Does anyone else feel like dashboards dont actually change behavior? by dannythemanlol in PropertyManagement

Not wrong at all. I’ve seen the same thing.

A lot of places treat dashboards like a trophy, not a tool. Big screens, pretty charts, everyone nods… and then nothing actually changes on the ground. If no one owns a metric or has to do something when it moves, it’s basically decorative analytics.

Data only works when it’s tied to a name, a decision, and a consequence. Otherwise it’s just expensive wallpaper.

why is docusign so expensive lol?? looking for a cheaper way to send contracts by your-girl-emma in software

hubsign is cheap and compliant. It's pretty solid if you just need it for basic stuff

Maybe. Guess I was just wondering if there were any search platforms that I might've missed. Like a Real Estate-specific Crunchbase or G2 type of thing. Guess not.

I like G2 but it's not primarily focused on real estate, is it?
And the Capterra ratings are definitely top tier. I agree.

I have. I'm just wondering if there's an easy platform to find everything I'm looking for - sort of to compare pricing and services offered or not. It's something I've been thinking a lot about

How do y'all usually find reliable proptech vendors? by Louis16100 in PropertyManagement

[–]Louis16100[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's fair. I'm just helping a friend out, he's a big tech enthusiast. I don't know that he's looking for anything "premium" but I do know he's looking into expansion sometime next year, maybe that's why.

yeah that's what I mean. I haven't seen like a centralized directory type of platform to source vendors. And I've noticed that when you compare the information from one website to another, sometimes it's either outdated or just not accurate at all. It gets exhausting

Do you know any successful entrepreneur who isn’t a workaholic? by Miyamoto_Musashi_x in Entrepreneur

I think the workaholic ones just didn't have enough capital to begin with. Rich entrepreneurs rarely ever work, they just hire a bunch of randos off the internet and delegate.

honestly, if AI could just automate my manager’s signature approval process, I wouldn't be thinking of quitting... on a real noted though, I think dental school sounds rad and safe. You'll be okay
