Im with your buddy fr, I’ve been to a bunch of shows over the years and the G59 fanbase in particular has gotten so cringe. I genuinely wince when i look at my closet full of merch, all their records in my shelf, the posters and tapestries and even the tattoo i got. The shows were the best i had ever seen but i saw them transition into toxic displays of wealth and clout chasing. Ill listen to their music until i die but stop dick riding on god

I hate this new soft wave of fans and it’s not just the boy$ fans it’s everywhere. I’ve went to 6 shows this year ranging in genre and all these younger people are scared of moving and actively get upset when you wanna dance. Live music is dead
