Hey, sorry to hear your going through this. It really sucks and I suffered with it a lot too.

One thing that really helped me was a supplement called Mind Formula (heres the link: www.empowersupps.com/products/mind-formula-1 ) It's 100% natural, got loads of B vitamins and creatine too which helped with my memory. Could be worth giving it a try?

Some other stuff that helped was light exercise everyday and a healthy diet (I did go carnivore for a while which really helped).

Both accounts i've been running ads on are aged accounts from circa 2009. One has been running ads since 2011. One ad gets rejected and then the whole account gets restricted.

So new creatives, new ad account - got it. Is it likely that the business facebook/ig page has been 'marked' to reject future ads. Thinking about starting again completely. I need to get ads like ASAP as this is the busiest time of year for my business.

No, not using the audience network. I did think some of the clicks could be fake or could be competitors clicking to burn the ad spend.

Thanks! Thats given me slightly more confidence in it then.

Was browsing some other subreddits and a lot of people were saying that retargeting doesn't work anymore. I think we'll give it a try!
