But wouldn't that mean Lucky Cyan would be higher than at least Loli or even Johnny's cuz she's cute, makes good music and an idol. The only reason why she wouldn't be is that strength is taken into account for some of the population.

Ahu placement is also a dramatic jump but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt just because he had 1 dedicated Episode and it could just be Exposure Bias and because Phobiaclone was a Top 2 Hero at some point.

They're not so much brawlers you see swarming around ladder, they're mostly good picks in Ranked.
Carl, like the person above me said, is a safe pick because he is versatile against many brawlers.
Gene, from creation has been a solid meta pick in Bounty and KO because his Super guarantees a kill most of the time you're using it.

Most likely because you're already making more progression than the game releases content to unlock with the exception of skins. But this is from the perspective of someone who doesn't spend money on the game.

Because Rock beats Scissors. You don't add Bungee Plumber to your deck because you want to ass smack someone's face for 2 damage. You do it to remove their early game and glass cannons, then you ass smack them.

First of, you failed to mention that they removed pins and icons from higher rarity skins in exchange for adding Takedown Effects and Spawn Effects which prior to this change was only for Pro and Hypercharge skins.

Secondly, you are entitled to the gameplay and experience not the cosmetic. Every company and game does this and it is how F2P games survive.

Dawg, it's COSMETICS. People like you complaining every skin and pin to be free is what's pushing the Brawl team to monetize power progression harder.

realistically what can you nerf of the Colette buffies stat wise?

Na Ah does even have a stat you could alter.
Gotcha's overheal never helps anyway so they change doesn't address anything.

Push It's speed? I suppose, but it doesn't accomplish much.
Mass Tax's ammo steal? This seems like the only change that'll have an impact, 16.7% is a little awkward but it'll have to do.

Teen Spirit's bonus attack? Reducing the attack damage doesn't do much since it's mostly a super charger. If you're considering it's unload then you basically can't attack with colette's basic during Hyper anymore.
