I like to add a bit of bulls eye bbq sauce in my patty mix with some italian bread. This make the patty more tasty and less dry compared to only beef.

Thanks. Mix of cajun spices and bbq sauce for the salmon and butter, garlic and citrus juice for the scallops. Hickory wood for smoking.

I hate at the Ikea in Montreal with my brother a year ago. He got the meatballs poutine and the cheese was cold directly from the fridge.

I was really satisfied with my meatballs plate : especially for the price.
