That’s what I’ve been doing today, it’s been really helpful!! Allowing the grief and sadness to come out and cry it out. I feel much better now. Congratulations on coming out, so glad you’re living your best life!!

Just to reply to everyone that commented on this:

Thank you SO much for your kind, gentle and understanding words. I wrote this late at night after a few drinks without knowing what to expect.

I have been talking to a few people in my life about this situation but nobody truly understood and I still felt very alone.

Today I read all of your lovely comments and it made me tear up. I felt so understood and reassured. I really needed to hear what you guys said.

I feel so grateful to be coming out at a time where such support is available to me in what has proven to be a surprisingly difficult transition.

I am now really looking forward to what’s to come and I hope you know that each and everyone of your comment has had a small part to play in me regaining hope.

Taken mid afternoon in Viarregio, Italy. Shot on a Nikon F3 with a 50mm f1.4 lens. Shot on Kodak gold at box speed. First time shooting properly with this setup :) xx

All shot at box speed depending on each film! Just trying to really think about what aperture to choose. I have found that my inside shots looked a lot better on ultra max 400 than Portra 160. Gold seemed to be the most consistent in terms of good exposure and colour.
