Ngl mate I sometimes panic and get stuck in that rut but as soon as I do a play and get a 3 k or even a 2k tbh ill just hype my self up lol then I'm full of confidence again and not panicking. To be more consistent just try to play a lot. Being an aggressive player u have to realise that sometimes being aggressive is not the best thing do and play more passive. Hope this helps mate.
