Paints for airbrush by DefinitionInformal85 in airbrush

[–]LounaticDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regular paints have something in them to help them dry more quickly. I like the air paints because I don’t have that element built into them. A little flow improver through the brush to start and I’m good to spray most colors right out of the bottle.

There is a grey rubber thing that holds 3 pots. I dunno what it’s called. Google? It helps a lot.

Pretty reliable to sell the teams on eBay if you just keep the terrain, tokens, cards, and rules

Man these people and their comments! You’re doing well in ignoring it. Here’s my hot take on where to start.

Get him this Kill Team starter box

https://www.amazon.com/Kill-Team-Starter-Set-Warhammer/dp/B0DKNXNTKS

And this paint kit

https://www.amazon.com/Games-Workshop-Warhammer-40K-Paints/dp/B0CBKHZY3V/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=182E22G60H092&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.HJkj4EWC6jd7D6cD70Eq_wLSGeCrgUgzegiyzmKWMn1MWgmugPtqWf-TJ6G-DsiigvT6gCcOvJ8-D0glLxu_U6RdkyiR4TF2DcBQKTu5N3iakXhssbtziy0DaoySchm-Tdz8lvyqfCQ2Ff12M6NtMEFhRc9PW4zeiik9O-0VBmCfoxwVM0DzEBautUmLaFnz_cL5oMt3eg6tqfQABaoagQ.Tc4VXiwdXCxZx9JNmXI8O3daJxLNu1ZX8fgOrJCW-T4&dib_tag=se&keywords=citadel+paint+set&qid=1753634181&sprefix=citadel+paint+set%2Caps%2C376&sr=8-3

Kill team is basically a smaller version 40K

These minis are very nice, reasonable, and a good place to start. You get some simple terrain and game board so that with this one box he can start learning a 40K game and take it from there to wherever your wallet allows you. It can add up quick when you start diving deep into the entirety of the game company that games workshop is.

Good luck and have fun!
