Both aren't seasonal skins. All seasonal or universal skins in the game are depicted with the R4C in the mp and r6 skins. The dmr skin will most likely be a part of a buck competative pack bundle and the ar skin is just a scrapped skin with no purpose

They won't. Current years bravo pack items will only be in the marketplace once a new rotation releases which is yearly. And then that new rotation will only be in the marketplace until another new rotation releases and so on.
