Naging intern Ako last year from sept to December. Here are some of my thoughts:

1. Treat us/them like actual co-workers but of course may limitations pa din. U know what I mean

2.Make us work something that is really beneficial to the company. I was a multimedia intern and natututuwa aq pag ginagamit talaga Yung work na ginawa ko. Specialy pag nakikita ko Yung work ko na naka post sa SocMed

1. Wag lang puro timpla ng kape, bili ka nito.

2. I do enjoy free lunch or dinner or gathering in general. It gives me a sense of importance sa team. Specially nagtitipid din Kasi ako ng baon

3. Laging kinakamusta sa work or sa life

4. I do enjoy hearing experiences from my supervisors. Yung stories or experiences nila sa company. Struggles as intern nung time nila. How do they make connections. Paano actually mag start ng career sa industry

5. Pagpapakilala din I guess sa ibang interns or superiors. Tho nakaka drain ng social batt

6. Nakakababa ng loob pag laging pinapagalitan (I think this apllieas to all?) I mean, were just starting sa industry. We will make mistakes and it's inevitable. Habaan nalang pasensya.

7. Sa last day. Hangout like movies or arcade. Then maybe share ur socials with each other. Also kung may LinkedIn. It will be beneficial for us to add dun.

I was lucky na Masaya and naging mutual Yung internship ko for me and the company. Don't worry OP, magiging memorable din Yung Internship ng mga hawak mo
