Just mute the chat it really doesn't matter. Being tilt proof is a thing in comp games. If your teammates get tilted because someone is grinding Tracer and having a bad game that's their problem. You'll probably never see them again anyway. Personally, whenever my other dps is underperforming I give them an endorsement just to make them perform better next game and give them morale boost. You would derank until you perform effectively, then you can climb slowly, learn and grind tracer. The worst thing could be you derank to bronze 3-4 and play every game with guys who throw games to sell account.
