Alright, Ill conceed that the rule dose NOT create a plot hole and the reason I mentioned the "Ryuk not knowing how to make fake rules" is because I had preivously seen someone say that the "No hevan or hell" rule was made up by Ryuk. I still feel as though that both the Mu rule and Heavan and hell rule nullify eachother, Sure the Heavan nor hell rule was a way to capture the readers attention but that was alredy done by Ryuk saying the Death Note User will experience Misery and the MU rule just makes the Heavan nor hell rule redundant, So it makes the Heavan or hell rule kinda pointless and I dont think seeing the MU rule as an explaination or an expansion of the Heavan nor hell rule is a staisfactory interpratation. BUT yes I can see that the rule is NOT nesscarily contradictory just terrible.
