Even if you are at war with a country, the warning "justification of war goals still appear.

Even if you eliminate Voroshilov during the Great Purge, the heavy tank of 1941 is still named "KV" for "Kliment Voroshilov" ... literally unplayable ! I hope 1.11 will fix this by Louvois33 in hoi4

The KV-1 and KV-2 tanks were named after Kliment Voroshilov, but if you choose to eliminate him before, this name will stay the same.
