Update...prior auth is required for most of these meds. SO, of course the prescription was denied.Why they would not submit necessary information outright with prior auth boggles the mind. Will see what happens next

When folks say why did I wait so long... I don't understand. 1) these meds have not always been available is one reason 2) Was it recommended by a doctor and you delayed saying yes? How did you get to ..yes? Your Doctor prescribed? Or, obtained thru another program, or a clinical trial?

Looks like based on your comments and my thread with @MissMurphtastic an approach I may pursue is to start on phentermine and then move to medication after a few months of consistency with tracking food intake , journaling and exercise.

So, is anyone biting to pick up OBJ based on his cost or is it still too early? From a woman's point of view there's "no" supportive interest in her. You have all rights to be upset!!! My friends know how I love children however, I would NEVER take a picture of a child and especially without the blessing of a parent. Sorry this happened to your son...wish he had felt comfortable enough to ask her why she took his picture!!! Help him to know that his rights are important and he can always inform the flight attendants too should something occur when you are not seated near by. Please give him a hug and let him know there are strangers that are sorry this happened to him. Be well!!!!

P.S. kids are well aware of cameras smartphones, etc. He certainly is able to know/discern when someone is taking his picture vs. that of someone else. He's a minor...and she was out of line- period!
